If you have requested but never received a reset password and 4 hours have elapsed please contact Customer Service (http://noobing.com/Contact.aspx)
Please Add Noobing Customer Service’s email (CustomerService@noobing.com) to your favorite senders in order to assure you do not miss our communications. (Also important is passwordreset@noobing.com for getting your password reset requests.) This will reduce any missed communications due to stringent email filters.
Please note: Noobing will not ask for any account passwords directly, nor can operators view your personal password after it has been created.
